Dr. Wendy Sarkisian is a licensed psychologist in the States of Pennsylvania and Delaware and a Pennsylvania certified school psychologist. She has a Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Widener University, where she also received her certification in neuropsychology. Dr. Sarkisian completed internship training and post-doctoral fellowship in private practices in the Philadelphia area, after which she returned to Widener University to work for more than 10 years as the Assistant Director of the Neuropsychology Assessment Center. At the same time, she also worked part time as the school psychologist for the Widener Partnership Charter School.

Dr. Sarkisian has extensive experience in neuropsychological assessment of children, adolescents, college students and young adults with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, executive functioning weaknesses and other neurological disorders. The aim of Dr. Sarkisian’s assessments is to help students and their families better understand their cognitive and learning strengths and needs, as well as the impact of any social or emotional issues that may be present. She collaborates with schools, psychiatrists and other mental health professionals in order to promote the academic success and social-emotional well-being of the students she sees.
