Amber Keroles earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human and Social Development from the University of Miami. While there, she worked in research labs that focused on early childhood development, Head Start efficacy, and autism spectrum disorders.
Amber is currently a doctoral student at Widener’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology. She is pursuing a concentration in child, adolescent, and family therapy as well as a school psychology certification. In the past year, Amber has been at Widener’s Neuropsychology Assessment Center conducting neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments for children and adolescents. This past summer, she worked at a camp for children with autism spectrum disorder, helping to build social skills and emotional coping strategies by tailoring individualized interventions for 6 and 7 year olds.
