Jenna Taylor is a second-year practicum student from Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology. Jenna is focusing her training in the areas of child, adolescent, and family therapy, as well as pursuing a certification in school psychology. Jenna completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston College, and before starting graduate school, she worked for two years as a counselor at the Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders. At Renfrew, Jenna conducted individual counseling and group therapy for adolescents and adults with eating disorders and comorbid mood and anxiety disorders, and it is here that she developed an interest in psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families. Last year, Jenna completed a practicum placement at the Delaware Psychiatric Center, where she conducted long-term individual therapy, as well as facilitated weekly therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
