Shehara Yoosuf, M.A., is a 5th year Doctor of Clinical Psychology candidate at Immaculata University. Her research focuses on conducting psychotherapy with ethnic minorities as well as mental/physical health concerns in immigrants. Shehara has interests and experience in conducting evidence-based individual and family therapy for clients across the age span, with a variety of concerns, including but not limited to: depression, bipolar disorder, loss, selective mutism and various other anxiety related disorders, adjustment disorders, autism, ADHD, conduct disorders, trauma, and family and relational conflict. In addition, she has experience providing comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for elementary-aged children in the school district. Shehara has completed practicum placements in a variety of settings including Child Guidance Resource Center, Pennsbury School District, Quintessential Health, and Hispanic Community Counseling Services.
