It is not hard for us to call negative parts of life to mind, especially at a time like this. Regardless, it is possible to find sources of gratitude in our lives and research clearly shows that intentionally attending to things we are grateful for has a powerful impact on our overall mental well-being. The decision to identify sources of gratitude is something we can control and a choice we make each day.
