Fees and Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service. At the beginning or end of each session payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Please make checks payable to Dragonfly Psychological Associates.

We are considered an out-of-network provider and do not accept or file insurance claims. Please contact your insurance carrier to determine if you have out-of-network benefits. We will provide you with all documentation needed to file a claim with your insurance company.

What to expect from your first visit

Our work begins with an initial intake meeting that typically lasts 90 minutes. The intake is an opportunity for us to get to understand your goals and obtain a comprehensive sense of current concerns and a full developmental history. Prior to the intake we will send you forms and questionnaires to gather initial information that will help guide our first meeting. At the end of the intake we provide feedback, share our impressions, describe how we may be helpful and summarize the next steps of our initial plan. The intake is also an opportunity for you to get to know our style and approach and answer any additional questions about what it would be like to work with us.
