Dr. Lauren Perovich received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University. Dr. Perovich’s interests include psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and families, life transitions and adjustment issues, school consultation, parenting support, and parent-child relationships.
She has significant experience working to support children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with executive functioning disorders, ADHD, anxiety, health related issues, fertility issues and growing families, complications related to motherhood, and the transition to college and post-graduate years. Dr. Perovich draws upon the most recent research and evidence based practices, utilizes a systemic and collaborative approach in her treatment, and places emphasis on a person’s individual strengths.
Before earning her doctorate, Dr. Perovich received her masters in Curriculum and Teaching at Teachers College, Columbia University where she focused on multicultural and inclusive education.
Dr. Perovich has options for meeting both in person and via telehealth. She is authorized to practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology granted by the PSYPACT Commission. More information regarding PSYPACT can be found at this website www.psypact.org
