Postdoctoral Fellow

Martina Spinella graduated from the Institute of Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University with her PsyD. Her training allowed her to gain a bredth of experience working with children, families, and young adults for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and life transitions. Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family systems therapy. She also has experience in neuropsychological testing across the lifespan for a variety of concerns including autism, ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders. Martina hopes to cultivate a warm and trusting relationship with her clients so that they feel safe and strong in their journeys towards growth and learning.
