Practicum Student

Rachel Mathias is a graduate practicum student at Dragonfly Psychological Associates. Her areas of focus for her graduate studies include Child, Adolescent, and Family Psychotherapy, as well as School Psychology. Rachel is interested in using cognitive behavior therapies and mindfulness practices to help her clients improve their quality of life and reach their goals. Rachel received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Delaware and is currently in her second year at Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology.
